IOLP Dallas - Legal Help
Learn about the legal system
The legal system of Dallas is a great one, but like all legal systems, there are flaws. We don't educate people to exploit those flaws, but rather to counter them. Our tried and true legal experts will guide and consult you with various teaching about the workings of the legal system. Most of the general public is sadly ignorant of the law, but we don't blame them; it is a complicated subject. The law is our passion, and we hope to impart that same passion to the next generation of attorneys and lawyers. There are many fields of law that we cover in our teaching, but the main aspects of the law that will include are:
- Personal injury
Bankruptcy can be one of the hardest things that you will ever go through, but there are many ways to get around the legal costs of going bankrupt, and you may not have to pay as much as you think. We provide the best Chapters to file for bankruptcy under:"Chapter 7 helps those of modest means who, after paying their monthly living expenses, have no money left to repay debts. While Chapter 7 bankruptcy does not enable you to restructure secured debt, catch up on past-due payments, or taxes, there is no repayment plan and your personal liability on most credit card debt is discharged, providing you with a clean slate." - Judith Swift Chapter 11 helps you restructure your debt; Chapter 13 helps you block foreclosures and seizures of your cars and such.
We are always surprised by how many people let personal injuries go without legal help, even with hospital bills that rack up, and even when the fault was the another person or place. Billions of dollars are received every year from the results of personal injury legal help, and no one should be the exception to that. If you have ever been involved in a tragic injury, you will know that it can be difficult to get back on your feet--so to speak--and the cost to your normal life is more than just the event, but the time it takes to recover from such an event.
Preparing for the divorce is incredibly difficult, emotionally and financially. It's almost always difficult to stay objective when there is so much happening with you on a personal level."Most people are shocked that their spouse has even considered filing for a divorce. Even worse is when a person is unexpectedly served with divorce papers. In a split second, all love…all civility…all caring…goes out the window. Your marriage turns into a living hell where the only objective is to hurt the other person more than they will hurt you." - Roland Barbosa Divorce is never easy, and the legal aspects are a great mess. We hope to teach you how to be prepared for the worst.
